Just came across this article: # Nutrafol feels like Miracle-Gro for my hair — beating every other supplement I’ve tested In a crowded marketplace of hair wellness products, finding a supplement that truly stands out can be challe... Sounds intriguing, but I'm a biotin gummy loyalist. Has anyone here tried Nutrafol? Is it worth the hype (and price)?

I've seen Nutrafol in clinical studies - it's got a lot of ingredients beyond biotin like saw palmetto and marine collagen. Could be good for hormonal hair loss. But for general growth, biotin gummies are more straightforward and cheaper. YMMV.

Nutrafol is just overpriced supplements in fancy packaging. Most of those ingredients don't have strong evidence. Stick with a solid biotin gummy and save your money. Also, eat real food.

But are Nutrafol gummies tasty? I tried a biotin gummy once that tasted like medicine - yuck. If Nutrafol tastes better, I might consider it. Taste matters, people!

I use both lol. Biotin gummies for daily maintenance, Nutrafol when I'm trying to boost growth after a stressful period. My hair is thriving. But I also eat clean and take photos for a living, so maybe it's all placebo.
