Hey guys, just saw this study on biotin gummies. It says that the bioavailability might be lower than tablets, but the results are from an in-vitro model. Do you think it's legit or just clickbait? I've been taking them for hair, but now I'm second-guessing.

That's interesting! I've been hearing mixed things about gummy vitamins in general, but I love my biotin gummies. I'm not a scientist, but I think the study might be biased if it's funded by a tablet manufacturer. Did you check the source? Maybe look for independent research.

I've read that study too. It's not the first time I see this. But honestly, for hair and nails, consistency matters more than the form. If gummies help you stay consistent, they might be better for you than a tablet you forget to take. Also, I take my gummies with a fat source since biotin is fat-soluble, might help absorption.

I'm with Noah. I've been on biotin gummies for a year and my nails are stronger. Plus, they taste like candy, so I never miss a dose. But I do wonder if the sugar content is an issue for keto. I found a brand that uses erythritol, so it's a win-win. Just check the label for hidden carbs.

Good points. Thanks for the reality check. I'll look for more studies and maybe switch to a higher quality gummy that has independent testing. Appreciate the input, guys!
