Hey everyone, been taking these biotin gummies for about 3 weeks now for hair/nails. They're working great but I've noticed something weird - my dreams have been INSANELY vivid lately. Like, full-on movie plots with random people from high school. It's not bad, just... odd? Has anyone else experienced anything like this with biotin gummies? Not sure if it's related or just coincidence.

Fascinating! I track all my biohacking data and yes - I logged increased REM sleep vividness when I started a biotin+B12 combo. Biotin aids neurotransmitter synthesis, which could influence dream states. What's your full stack? Are you taking anything else? Might be synergistic. Try logging your sleep with a wearable to confirm correlation.

Oh wow, yes! My 8-year-old takes a kids' biotin gummy and said her dreams got 'more colorful' last month. I thought she was just being imaginative. As a parent, I'm glad it's harmless but it's good to know others notice it too. Maybe it's the combination with other vitamins? We use the organic brand with no artificial colors.

Not dreams for me, but I did notice my pee got brighter yellow when I started taking biotin gummies pre-marathon training. Freaked me out at first but my doc said it's just excess B vitamins (they often pair biotin with B-complex). The vivid dreams thing is wild though - maybe better sleep quality from improved metabolism?

Paleo here - I avoid gummies usually (sugar alcohols don't agree with me) but when I tried a biotin supplement last year, I got this metallic taste in my mouth for weeks. Different side effect but same idea - weird harmless stuff. Our ancestors didn't have synthetic vitamins, so bodies might react oddly. Maybe your brain is just processing the new nutrient load through dreams?
