Anyone else getting weird side effects from gummy vitamins?

Hey all, I've been taking my daily gummy vitamins for about a month now (the orange ones). I noticed that my dreams have been SUPER vivid lately, like movie-quality. Also, my pee is like neon yellow, which I know is just B vitamins, but the dreams are wild. Anyone else experience something like this?

omg yes!! I had the same thing with vivid dreams. It's actually a known thing - B6 and B12 in gummies can affect your sleep cycle and cause more REM sleep. I actually love it, feels like I'm watching a movie every night. Just embrace it! And neon pee is normal, your body is just flushing out what it doesn't need. All good.

Interesting. I've heard about B vitamins causing vivid dreams, but it's not just gummies - it can happen with any supplement. I'm a biohacker so I actually track my sleep with a wearable. I noticed my deep sleep decreased but REM went up when I added B-complex. Could be beneficial if you're not stressed about it. But if it bothers you, maybe try taking it in the morning instead of night? I do that now.

I'm on a budget so I buy the store brand gummies, but same thing! I thought I was going crazy with the dreams. Also, my taste buds changed? Like I used to love coffee but now it tastes weird. Is that from the gummies? Anyone else?

I'm a mom and I've been giving my kids gummy vitamins for years. I've never noticed any of these side effects in them or myself. But I'm a bit skeptical - the placebo effect is real. Have you checked the ingredients? Some gummies have extra herbs or melatonin that could cause vivid dreams. And taste bud change is a bit unusual - maybe it's something else? Just my two cents.
