Can I mix this gummy with my morning coffee?

Hey all, quick question. I've been taking the Vitamin D3 gummy for a while now, and I usually have a cup of coffee right after. Is that okay? I've heard some vitamins are better absorbed with fat, so would coffee mess with that? Any thoughts?

I'm no expert, but I've been taking my gummy with coffee for months and haven't had any issues. I think it's fine. The fat thing is more about taking it with food, like breakfast. Coffee shouldn't affect it much. But who knows, maybe I'm wrong. I'm just a sleep-deprived dad trying to get my vitamins in!

I remember reading somewhere that caffeine can interfere with vitamin D absorption? Not sure if it's true. I usually take my gummy with my breakfast smoothie (which has some healthy fats) and then have coffee later. Better safe than sorry? But honestly, I think it's fine. Maybe just take it with a meal.

From a fitness perspective, I always tell my clients to take fat-soluble vitamins (like D, E, K) with a source of fat for better absorption. Coffee itself isn't a problem, but if you're just having black coffee, you might not get the full benefit. Try taking it with a spoonful of peanut butter or your breakfast. And hydration is key! But no, it's not dangerous to combine them.
