Hey everyone, saw this article and thought it was interesting - # Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian Barker Talk New Year’s Resolutions and Lemme Creatine Launch (Exclusive)
A new celebrity-backed supplement is entering the competitive wellness market. In an exclusive interview, they talk about their New Year's resolutions and launching this new creatine product. What do you all think about celebrity supplements? Are they legit or just cashing in on trends?

Oh dear, another celebrity jumping on the supplement bandwagon. As a grandparent, I worry about these trends. My grandson keeps asking for these fancy supplements his favorite influencers promote. I tell him - real health comes from whole foods, not powders in flashy packaging! These celebrities probably don't even take what they're selling. Stick to your gummy vitamins if you need supplements, at least those are tried and true.

lol holly you sound like my mom! but tbh i'm curious about the taste?? like if kourtney's involved maybe it actually tastes good? most creatine powders taste like chalk mixed with sadness. if they made a gummy version that didn't taste like chemicals, i'd try it. anyone know if this comes in flavors or just plain powder?

Remember when supplements were simple? Just fish oil capsules and basic multivitamins. Now everything's got celebrity endorsements and fancy names. I miss the days when you could trust what was in the bottle without worrying about marketing gimmicks. That said, if this gets more people thinking about their health, maybe it's not all bad. But I'll stick to my regular routine - no celebrity needed!

Tom, taste shouldn't be the priority with supplements! It's about what's inside. And Sam, you're right - simplicity is key. My generation took cod liver oil and survived just fine. These young people want everything to taste like candy. If you need creatine for workouts, get it from a reputable brand, not because some reality star put their name on it. Quality over celebrity any day!
