I'm always skeptical of celebrity-backed supplements, especially creatine for non-athletes. As a marathon runner, I use creatine for recovery, but the dosage and form matter. Has anyone looked at the ingredients? Lemme gummies are usually vegan, but creatine needs to be dosed properly.

Oh I love Kourtney! But creatine? Isn't that for bodybuilders? I'm just trying to get my daily vitamins without feeling tired. Would this help with energy or is it just hype?

I'm curious about the packaging – is it sustainable? The Kardashians aren't exactly eco-friendly... But if it's a good product, maybe I'd try it. Still, I prefer whole foods over supplements.

As a retired nurse, I'd say be cautious. Creatine can be safe, but it's not for everyone. People with kidney issues should avoid it. Always check with your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially with celebrity endorsements.
