Hey all! I've been taking these gummy multivitamins for a few weeks now, but I always have them with my morning coffee. I read somewhere that caffeine might affect absorption of some nutrients. Is this combo safe? Should I space them out? I'm all about optimizing my routine.

I do the same thing! I take my gummy D3 and B12 with my green tea every morning. I've read that caffeine can interfere with B vitamin absorption, but I haven't noticed any issues. Maybe try taking them 30 minutes before or after your coffee? That's what I do sometimes. But honestly, I think it's fine as long as you're consistent.

Actually, there's some science behind this! Caffeine can reduce absorption of certain minerals like iron and calcium, but gummy multivitamins usually don't have high mineral content. Most nutrients in gummies are water-soluble, so coffee shouldn't be a problem. However, if your gummy has zinc or magnesium, maybe wait an hour. But overall, it's safe. I've been taking my gummies with my morning smoothie (which has coffee in it) for years and I'm perfectly fine! 😊

Thanks for the input! So it sounds like it's not a big deal unless I'm taking specific minerals. I don't think mine has iron or calcium. I'll try spacing them out just to be safe. Appreciate the help!
