Anybody else get crazy vivid dreams from Collagen Gummies?

TeaTina566Just started taking these collagen gummies a week ago and WOW the dreams are wild. Like full-on movie plots every night. Not complaining but it's weird. Anyone else?

NootropicNoah212totally! collagen is high in glycine which can affect sleep quality and dreams. I actually recommend taking them in the morning to avoid that. but yeah some ppl get vivid dreams from it.

VibeVitamins615I haven't noticed dreams but my pee is neon yellow! Freaked me out at first but then I read it's just the B vitamins. Anyone else get that?

EcoEllen107Not dreams but my taste buds changed! Everything tastes a little sweeter now. I actually like it. But I'm wondering if it's the gummies too.
