Anyone else get vivid dreams from collagen gummies?
Okay so I've been taking these collagen gummies for a week now (the berry flavor, if that matters) and last night I had the most insane dream that I was a giant jellyfish floating through space. And I remember it vividly, like I'm not normally a dream remember-er. Is this a thing??
Sounds like placebo effect to me. Collagen is just protein. But hey, if it makes you feel better, more power to you. Just don't expect miracles.
Actually, I've read that some supplements can affect your dreams! Especially if they contain certain herbs or vitamins. But collagen gummies are usually pretty basic. Maybe it was the sugar rush before bed? 😅
I haven't had dreams, but I did notice my pee is super bright yellow after taking them. I think it's the B vitamins. My kids think it's hilarious. As long as it's harmless, right?
