Hey guys, I bought a new bottle of collagen gummies a month ago and they were fine. Now they've turned a darker shade and some are stuck together or feel rock hard. Anyone know if they're still okay to eat? I hate wasting, but dont wanna get sick.

Ah, that reminds me of the gummy vitamins my grandma used to keep in her pantry for years. She always said a little change in texture is normal, especially if they got warm. But if they smell off or taste weird, toss 'em. I'd personally eat them if they taste fine, but that's just me. Nostalgia, ya know?

Honestly, I'd be cautious. Gelatin based gummies can degrade over time, and the color change might mean oxidation. If they're hard, maybe they lost moisture. I wouldn't risk it – your health is worth more than a bottle of gummies. Stick to fresh ones.

Thanks for the input. They don't smell bad, but I think I'll play it safe and get a new bottle. Better safe than sorry.
