Costco had Collagen Gummies for $10 off – too good to be true?
Hey all, I was at Costco yesterday and saw their in-house brand Collagen Gummies marked down from $29.99 to $19.99. I know they usually go for $25+ at other stores. Snagged two jars but now I'm wondering if they're cutting corners on quality? Anyone tried these?
Probably not a steal. Collagen is derived from animal sources, so it's not vegan anyway. But if you're into that, cheap usually means more fillers or less active collagen. Check the label for type I and III collagen content.
Actually, Costco's return policy is amazing so even if they're trash you can take em back. I'd say it's a steal if they have at least 2.5g collagen per serving and no sugar alcohols. I've tried their brand before and it was decent.
I scored a deal at my local pharmacy too. Sometimes they just overstocked or changing packaging. I'd say go for it. Worst case they taste like sweetened rubber but still work. Let us know how they compare to the premium ones.
