Just read this article about viral wellness trends and how they don't have to break the bank. This is so true! I remember when collagen gummies were just a niche thing, now everyone's hawking them for $50 a bottle. What do you all think?

Honestly, I've been saying this for years! These influencer brands are ripping people off. I make my own keto collagen gummies at home for a fraction of the price. Plus I know exactly what's in them. No weird fillers.

I'm with Cathy. The markup on these things is insane. But I do think some people just don't have the time or energy to DIY. Still, articles like this are important to wake people up. I switched to a cheaper brand that actually has good ingredients, not just hype.

Right? It's like the whole 'clean beauty' thing - all marketing. I bet half these 'viral' gummies don't even have enough collagen to do anything. Anyone got a recipe for homemade ones? I'm intrigued.

Sure! I'll DM you the recipe. It's basically: collagen powder, gelatin, fruit juice, and a little honey. Set in silicone molds. Super easy and way cheaper. And you can control the sweetness.
