I’m all for natural solutions, but Nutrafol is packed with ingredients that might kick you out of ketosis. Too many carbs from the saw palmetto and such. I’d stick with collagen gummies or just a good biotin supplement. Hair growth isn’t worth messing up my macros!
Oh dear, I read about Nutrafol. My granddaughter tried it and said it upset her stomach. I prefer old-fashioned remedies like rosemary oil and a healthy diet. These pills are just too synthetic for my taste. But if it works for you, I guess... but be careful with the ingredients!

It might work for some, but it’s not a miracle cure. I’d say it’s overpriced for what you get. You can get similar benefits from a good multivitamin and a balanced diet.
