Just read this article and I'm intrigued. I've tried biotin, collagen, and even some fancy peptides, but nothing blew me away. Anyone here tried Nutrafol? I'm a biohacker, always looking for something that actually works.

I remember when hair supplements were just biotin and hope. lol. Nutrafol seems legit though, heard a few people swear by it. Their ingredient list is solid—ashwagandha, saw palmetto, collagen. Might give it a shot if it helps with my thinning.

I've been taking Nutrafol for 3 months. Not gonna lie, my hair is thicker and I see baby hairs. But it's expensive, and you have to take 4 pills a day. That's a lot for someone who travels. Still, if you can afford it and remember, worth it.

4 pills a day? Oof. I'd probably forget. But I'm all about stacking – maybe I can add it to my morning routine. Any side effects? I'm sensitive to stuff like ashwagandha.

No side effects for me, but I know some people get stomach issues or headaches. Start slow maybe. Also, you might want to check out collagen gummies if pills suck for you. Just not as potent.
