Just read this article. I get that collagen is trending, but the price tag on some of these brand collabs is insane. As a med student, I wonder if the science actually backs the hype for most people? Thoughts?

Honestly, I make my own bone broth for collagen. It's dirt cheap and you know exactly what's in it. These gummies are full of sugar and plastic packaging. Stick to real food, people.

I've been using collagen gummies for 6 months. Noticed a diff in my skin and joints. But yeah, they can be pricey. Biohacking is about efficiency, sometimes you gotta pay for convenience. Those cheap gummies often don't have the right peptides.

True, but check the study dosages – many gummies have way less collagen than what's shown effective in trials. Also, absorption varies. Not saying it's useless, but buyer beware.

Jack, what peptides do you look for? I've seen so many processed ones. I still think homemade is best. Plus no plastic waste!
