Hey all, been taking these collagen gummies for about 2 weeks now (brand: VitaFlex). Joints feel better for my weekend hikes, but I've been having these super vivid dreams every night! Like, movie-quality dreams with plots and everything. Not scary or anything, just really intense. Is this normal? Anyone else experience something like this with collagen supplements?

Make sure you're drinking enough water - especially with our training intensity. What's the full ingredient list on yours? Could be other compounds interacting.
