Hey everyone! I've been taking collagen gummies for about 3 weeks now, and I've noticed some seriously vivid dreams lately. Like, I remember them in crazy detail and they're so realistic. Is this just me or has anyone else experienced this? It's not bad, just super weird. Also noticed my pee is brighter than usual, but I read that could be from vitamins. Just curious if the dreams are a thing!

Interesting! While collagen itself doesn't directly cause vivid dreams, the gummies often contain B vitamins (like B6) and sometimes other nutrients that can affect sleep and dreaming. B6 is known to increase dream vividness. Also, the bright urine is likely from riboflavin (B2) or other water-soluble vitamins. So it's totally harmless. But as always, if it bothers you, consult your doc!

Ha, I thought I was the only one! I've been on collagen gummies for 2 months and I've had the wildest dreams. I actually enjoy them, they're like movies. Also, my taste buds seem to have changed? I used to hate broccoli, now I crave it. Not sure if that's the gummies or just getting older lol.

I'm a bit old school, I prefer the powder form. But my wife takes the gummies and she mentioned vivid dreams too. She said it was a bit much, but it wore off after a week or two. So maybe your body just needs to adjust. Stick with it if you can, I've heard good things about collagen for skin and joints.

Thanks for the replies! Good to know I'm not alone. Steve, thanks for the science explanation, makes sense. Ursula, I haven't noticed taste changes yet, but I'll keep an eye out. Jack, thanks for the reassurance - I'll give it some more time. Glad it's not just me! :)
