Anyone else get vivid dreams from creatine gummies?
Hey guys, I started taking creatine gummies a couple weeks ago (the berry flavor ones) and I've been having the most vivid, crazy dreams every night! It's not scary or anything, just super intense. I also noticed my pee is a bit bright yellow, but I think that's normal. Anyone else experience this?
LOL, bright pee is a classic with creatine, but dreams? Not for me. But remember, creatine can mess with your hydration, and vivid dreams can happen when your body is adjusting to something new. Could be coincidental, but I'd keep an eye on it. Also, make sure you're drinking enough water! Dehydration can cause weird dreams too.
Yeah, I had that when I first started! I was like 'whoa, my brain is making movies'. It went away after a couple weeks. I've also heard some people say it changes their taste buds - like sweet stuff tastes sweeter or something. For me, it was like my taste for coffee changed? Not sure if related, but it's all part of the journey I guess.
Oh my gosh, yes! I thought I was the only one. I've been taking them for a month and the dreams are so vivid, it's like I'm actually there. I kind of like it, to be honest. It's like a free movie every night. And I also notice my pee is bright, but that's just the creatine getting flushed out. As long as it's not uncomfortable, I say ride the wave, hehe. But if it bothers you, maybe try taking them earlier in the day instead of right before bed.
