THREAD: Can I mix creatine gummies with my morning coffee? Safety check!Started by OP

Hey everyone, newbie here! I just started taking these creatine gummies from GummyFuel, and I'm wondering if it's cool to take them with my morning coffee? I usually have a big cup right when I wake up, and I don't want to mess up the absorption or anything. Also, is there any risk? Thanks!

Bro, totally fine! I've been stacking my creatine gummies with pre-workout coffee for months. The caffeine might give you an extra kick, but no issues here. Just make sure you're drinking enough water—creatine can be dehydrating, and coffee doesn't help. I take mine 30 mins before hitting the gym, works like a charm for gains!

Hmm, I'd be careful. As a mom, I'm skeptical about mixing supplements, especially with stimulants like coffee. Have you checked the ingredients on both? Some gummies have added sugars or artificial stuff that might not play nice. Maybe space them out—coffee first, gummies later? Better safe than sorry for your health!

Ugh, coffee? Think about the environmental impact! But seriously, if you're going to do it, opt for organic, fair-trade coffee and eco-friendly gummy brands. I avoid mixing supplements unless they're all-natural—too many unknowns. Maybe try a herbal tea instead? Less stress on the planet and your body!

Love this DIY question! I've experimented with making my own creatine gummies and pairing them with different foods. Coffee should be fine—it's acidic, but creatine is stable. If you're worried, try it on a low-stress day and see how you feel. I'd document it in a journal, track any effects. Fun project!
