Hey everyone, newbie here! I just started taking these creatine gummies (the berry flavor ones) and I'm wondering if it's cool to have them with my morning coffee. I usually drink a big cup right when I wake up, and I'm trying to streamline my routine. Any issues with mixing these? Not looking to mess up my gains or anything lol.

OP, good question! From a biohacking perspective, combining creatine with caffeine is actually a debated topic. Some studies suggest caffeine might slightly blunt creatine's effectiveness for short-term explosive performance, but for general muscle hydration and cognitive benefits, it's probably fine. I'd recommend taking them at least 30 mins apart to be safe. Personally, I stack my creatine gummies with alpha-GPC for optimal brain function - no issues here!

lol i do this all the time! i take my creatine gummies with my pre-workout coffee every morning before hitting the gym. haven't noticed any problems - if anything, the caffeine gives me that extra kick. just make sure you're drinking enough water too, creatine can be dehydrating. but yeah, you're good to go! gains are still on point 💪

As a digital nomad who's always optimizing, I've experimented with this. I take my creatine gummies with matcha instead of coffee - gentler on the stomach during long coding sessions. But coffee should be fine if you tolerate it well. Maybe track your energy levels for a week? I use a simple app to monitor these combos. Efficiency is key!

Oh interesting! I'm more of a nature photographer, so I take my supplements with herbal teas during sunrise shoots. Can't speak to coffee specifically, but I mix my creatine gummies with a mushroom blend sometimes - feels very balanced with nature. Maybe try a smaller dose first to see how your body reacts? Always listen to your body's signals!
