Just saw this article about pro athletes using creatine-infused protein bars and shakes that are NSF certified. Seems like a big step for sports nutrition. Anyone tried these yet? I'm curious if they actually work or if it's just marketing hype.

I haven't tried them, but as a parent of twins, I need all the energy I can get! If these bars can give me a boost without the jitters, I'm all in. But are they safe for everyday use? I'm not a pro athlete, just exhausted.

I'm skeptical. Creatine is well-studied for athletes, but for average folks? And NSF certification is good, but it doesn't mean it's necessary. Plus, these bars are probably pricey. I'd rather stick to whole foods. But hey, to each their own.

Okay, as a wellness influencer, I'm all for convenience, but I always check the ingredients. Creatine is generally safe, but I'd want to know the dosage and if it's right for my goals. Also, taste matters! Anyone tried the chocolate flavor? Let me know before I buy.
