Just saw this article about pro athletes using creatine-infused bars and shakes. Seems like creatine is becoming more mainstream in different forms. What do you all think about this trend? Would you try creatine gummies or sticks to the powder?

Interesting! I'm not a pro athlete, but I do like to bake healthy treats. I wonder if you could make your own creatine gummies at home? I've seen recipes for CBD gummies, so why not creatine? But I'm worried about the taste - creatine can be bitter, right?

As a gym rat, I've tried creatine powder and pills. Honestly, I'd be down for anything that makes it easier to get my daily dose. Gummies sound convenient for on-the-go. But I'm skeptical about the dosage - how many gummies would you need to eat to get 5g? Might be a lot of sugar.

Haha, true! I'm a digital nomad, so I'm always traveling. Having a creatine gummy might be easier than packing a tub of powder. But I agree with the sugar concern. Hopefully, they make them sugar-free too. Also, NSF certified is a good sign for quality.

Good point, citrusclaire590. I'd probably stick to my homemade protein bites with creatine powder mixed in. But it's cool to see new options. Maybe I'll get a sample if I see them at the store!
