Creatine Gummies at Costco - Too good to be true?
So I walked into Costco today and saw a huge pallet of these creatine gummies on sale. Normally they're like $30 but they had them for $15.99. I usually buy the powder, but these seem convenient for when I'm on the go. But I'm wondering, why so cheap? Are they like lower quality or is this just a steal? Anyone tried these?
Honestly, I never trust gummy supplements, especially when they're that cheap. They usually pack them with sugar or artificial stuff to make them taste good, and the creatine might not be as effective. I stick to pure creatine monohydrate powder, no additives. But that's just me - I'm super strict about what goes in my body on paleo.
I've seen those at the warehouse too. My grandson uses creatine for his workouts, so I picked some up for him as a treat. I'd think if they're from a reputable brand and sold at Costco, they're probably fine. Just check the label for any weird fillers. But maybe the discount is just to move inventory before the expiration date? Could be a steal if they're not expiring soon.
