So I bought these creatine gummies thinking they'd be a game-changer for pre-workout. But then I looked at the label – 5g of sugar per serving? That's basically candy, not a supplement. Why are we turning everything into gummy bears? Just stick to powder, folks.

I get the convenience argument, but you're right, Dan. The sugar content is concerning. Plus, many gummies use artificial sweeteners or fillers. If you're serious about fitness, why add unnecessary stuff? Also, the bioavailability might differ. Stick to pure creatine monohydrate.

Ugh, I feel this. I work nights and sometimes I just wanna grab something quick without measuring. But yeah, the sugar bomb is real. I tried a brand that uses stevia and less sugar, but it still felt like cheating. Maybe we need a middle ground?

There are some cleaner gummy options with no sugar or artificial junk, but they're hard to find. Usually taste like chalk tho. Honestly, I'd rather just take a shot of water and powder. But I get the appeal for people on the go. Hollie, check out [Brand X] – they have a low-sugar version.

Good point, Dan. It's all about reading labels. But remember, even 'low-sugar' can mean sugar alcohols, which cause GI issues for some. I'll stick to my unflavored powder, thanks. But to each their own!
