Am I the only one who's fed up with these 'creatine gummies'? I get they're convenient, but have you seen the sugar content? It's basically candy with a side of creatine. We're supposed to be supplementing for health, not indulging in dessert. Whole foods and pure powders are the way to go. Fight me.

I get your point, KetoKevin, but not everyone has the time to mix powders or deal with the chalky taste. Gummies are a game-changer for people with busy lifestyles or those who struggle with pills. Yeah, some brands add sugar, but there are sugar-free options. It's about balance and finding what works for you. And for the record, creatine itself isn't bad; it's one of the most studied supplements out there. Gummies are just a delivery system.

As a retired nurse, I've seen folks struggle with supplements, especially the elderly or those with dysphagia. Gummies can be a blessing for them. But I agree on the sugar issue. That said, 'candy-fication' isn't new—we've had gummy vitamins for decades. The key is moderation and reading labels. Some gummies have as much sugar as a candy bar, but others use natural sweeteners. So, do your homework, people.

Fair points, Steve and Xenon. Maybe I'm being a purist, but it just feels like we're sliding down a slippery slope. Next thing you know, we'll have creatine gushers or something. But I hear ya on accessibility. I guess as long as people are informed, it's their choice. I'll stick to my powder, but I'll try not to judge.
