Just tried new creatine gummies. Super convenient but 5g sugar per serving?! That's like candy. Why can't supplements just be pure? Anyone else feel like this is a step backward?

I get the convenience factor but as a med student I'm wary. Extra sugar adds up, esp if you're stacking with other gummies. Plus, purity matters for absorption. But if it helps you stay consistent, maybe it's a trade-off?

Honestly, I stick to powder. Gummies are just another processed product. I want my creatine as close to nature as possible. But I guess for people on the go, it's better than nothing.

Lol I take 5g sugar is nothing compared to my daily coffee syrup. But hey, if it gets you taking creatine, who cares? Convenience wins for me. Just brush your teeth after lol.
