Hey y’all! I’m trying to put together little health packs for my dad (65, active but slowing down) and my best friend (gym rat). Thinking creatine gummies as the centerpiece? Dad’s more about joints&brain, friend wants gains. Anyone tried these? Brands to recommend or avoid? TIA!

Creatine gummies are great for your friend—easy pre-workout boost. For your dad, though, I’d look at ones with added collagen or vitamin D. My keto crew swears by NutriGain’s creatine + collagen gummies. No sugar alcohols either, which is big for me. Hth!

I got my dad (72) the BeastMode creatine gummies last Xmas—he loves em says they help with his golf swing haha. They’re vegan and taste like sour berries. Your friend might like the same but check for loading phase instructions. Also, avoid cheap brands with maltitol—gassy!

Thanks both! EcoEllen5 – BeastMode sounds perfect. EcoEllen151 – collagen is a smart add for dad. I’ll look for a pack with both. Maybe I’ll add some omega-3 gummies too? Dad’s always complaining about his knees.

Omega-3 gummies are a solid idea. Just make sure they’re fish oil based, not algae if he needs DHA. My dad uses Nature’s Bounty – no fishy burps. Good luck, you’re a great kid!
