So I started taking creatine gummies a week ago because I heard it could help with sleep quality. But honestly, I haven't noticed much difference in my sleep. What I DID notice is my skin looks amazing! Like, clearer and more plump. Anyone else experience this? I'm not complaining, just curious!

That's interesting! Creatine does help with cellular hydration and ATP production, which could explain better skin. Not the first time I've heard this. For sleep, you might need to give it more time or combine with magnesium glycinate. But hey, if you're getting glow, keep going!

Ah yes, creatine is a game changer for skin! It boosts collagen synthesis too. I've been recommending it to my clients for years. Sleep wise, it might be more of a long game. Also, make sure you're taking it with plenty of water. Dehydration can mess with sleep.

I take creatine gummies for my runs, but I def noticed my skin looks better too. I think it's the hydration factor. As for sleep, I sleep like a baby after a long run, so can't really say if it's the creatine. Might be placebo but who cares if it works!
