Just saw this article about LEMME launching creatine gummies aimed at women. Looks interesting but I'm curious what everyone thinks. Is this a gimmick or legit? Link: [article]

I'm all about the taste! Creatine gummies sound way better than mixing powder. But are they actually good? I hate when supplements taste like chalk. Hope LEMME uses real fruit flavors.

Hmm, another gummy supplement? My daughter wanted these but I'm skeptical. Creatine is for bodybuilders, right? Is it safe for women? I need more evidence before buying.

I don't get the hype. We've been using traditional creatine monohydrate for decades. Why complicate things with gummies? Plus, gummies usually have added sugar. Stick to powder.

Actually, there's solid research on creatine for women, especially for muscle recovery and bone health. But gummies might have less creatine per serving than powder. Check the label!
