Creatine gummies for women - thoughts?
Just saw this article about Lemme expanding into creatine gummies for women. As someone who's been on the fence about creatine, this sounds interesting. What do you all think? Is it legit or just hype?
Creatine gummies? Sounds like a sugar bomb to me. I've been on keto for 2 years and I'm all about zero sugar supplements. If they're not sugar-free, I'm out. But the concept is cool for others.
I'm all for women's wellness getting more attention, but creatine is creatine whether it's in a gummy or powder. The question is dosing and quality. And they probably have some sugar or sweeteners that might upset your gut. I'd stick to plain creatine monohydrate, maybe in capsules if you hate powder.
I'm a guy but I've used creatine for years for hiking and outdoor sports. The benefits are real for strength and recovery. If these gummies make it easier for women to get started, great. But always check the label - you don't need a bunch of extra junk. And I wonder if they have enough creatine per serving? Usually you need 3-5 grams daily.
