Just saw this article about pro athletes using creatine bars and shakes. They're NSF certified so that's cool, but what about us normal folks? I've been thinking about trying creatine gummies instead of powder. Anyone have experience with those? Seems easier than mixing shakes.

Creatine is legit, but I'm skeptical about these new bars and shakes. They probably have a ton of sugar and junk to make them taste good. If you're paleo like me, stick to plain creatine monohydrate. You can get gummies that are clean, but check the label. I'd rather get my creatine from a simple supplement than a processed bar.

I've seen a rise in creatine-infused products, and it makes sense. As a fitness pro, I recommend creatine for muscle recovery and performance. The NSF certification is a plus, ensuring it's tested for safety. For gummies, just watch the sugar content. I've used some low-sugar ones that work fine. But remember, consistency matters more than form.

Hmm, another 'creatine infused' product. Why can't we just eat real food? I'm always wary of these engineered bars – they might be NSF certified but still contain artificial ingredients. Plus, is creatine really necessary for the average person? I stick to whole foods and avoid supplements unless a doc tells me otherwise. Seems like clever marketing to me.
