Creatine gummies gave me weird side effects... but good ones?

So I started taking creatine gummies for better sleep (heard it helps with recovery and all that). First week, nothing. Second week, I'm sleeping like a baby. But also... my skin is looking way clearer. Like, no joke. Anyone else get this? Not complaining, just confused.

Huh, that's interesting. Creatine is known to increase cellular hydration and maybe that's helping your skin? There's some research on creatine and collagen synthesis. Also, better sleep = lower cortisol = less breakouts. Could be a combo. I take it for focus, actually. Helps with brain fog.

Love this! Creatine isn't just for gym bros. It supports energy production in all cells, including skin cells. I've seen clients report better skin and mood when they add it. Maybe your sleep improved, which then balanced everything. Keep listening to your body!

Thanks guys! @XenonX332, brain fog? Might have to try that. My caffeine crashes have been brutal. @SolarSam121, yeah I'm definitely not stopping these things. Maybe I'll up the dose? Just kidding... unless?

Careful with dosing. Creatine has a loading phase but too much can cause stomach issues. Stick to 3-5g. And yeah, I ditched afternoon coffee for creatine + a little L-theanine. Way smoother.
