Just saw this article about pro athletes coming out with creatine-infused protein bars and shakes that are NSF certified. Seems like creatine is really going mainstream. What do you all think? Could we see creatine gummies soon? Here's the link: [article]

I work night shifts and need all the energy I can get. I've tried creatine powder but it's a hassle to mix. Creatine gummies would be perfect for on the go! But are they as effective? I'm worried about the dosage in gummy form.

As a biohacker, I'm all for convenience but bioavailability is key. Gummies often have added sugars and lower absorption. I'd rather stick with pure creatine monohydrate powder. Still, if they get the formulation right and it's NSF certified, maybe worth a try for those who struggle with mixing.

I'm an early adopter and I've already seen some creatine gummies popping up on Amazon from smaller brands. I bought a bottle and honestly? They taste decent and seem to work. But the dose is lower per gummy so you have to eat a bunch. Not ideal but good for travel.
