Creatine gummies? Or bars/shakes? What's the deal?

Just saw this article about pro athletes using creatine-infused protein bars and shakes. Thoughts? Is this the future or just a fad?

Creatine in bars/shakes? I prefer natural sources. But I guess it's convenient for athletes on the go. Still, I'd rather eat a banana and some eggs.

Nature photographer here, so I'm all about natural. But creatine is well-researched. If NSF certified, it's legit. Maybe I'd try if I was into that stuff.

Budget-wise, I bet those bars are pricey. I'll stick to my creatine powder. Cheaper and just as effective.

As a vegan, I'm disappointed they didn't mention plant-based options. But creatine can be vegan if sourced right. Still, I prefer whole foods.
