Hey everyone! Just came across this study on creatine gummies vs powder (PMID: 34567890). Claims gummies are just as effective for muscle gains but easier on the stomach. But the sample size was tiny (only 20 people). What do you all think? Is it legit or biased by the supplement industry?

Sounds fishy to me. I don't trust any study funded by a gummy company. My kid wanted these and I said no way. Plus, creatinine levels can spike with gummies because of the sugar? IDK, I'd rather stick with powder I can measure myself.

I've been using creatine gummies for months and feel great! My digestion improved compared to powder. But I agree, small studies are weak. I'd look for meta-analyses. I think the real question is are they using micronized creatine? Quality matters.

I read that study too! I think it's promising but needs replication. I've tried both and honestly, gummies are more convenient for travel. Just watch out for hidden sugars. I've been using a brand that's keto-friendly. #earlyadopter

Thanks for the input! I might try a small batch of gummies myself. Anyone know a clean brand without all the junk? And Crystal, I get your concern about kids - I'd never give them to mine either.
