Just saw this article about a new study on creatine gummies vs powder. Claims gummies are just as effective and easier on the stomach. Here's the link: https://example.com/creatine-gummy-study. Anyone else think this is just marketing fluff? I've been using powder for years and gummies seem too good to be true.

Honestly, I don't have time to read the full study, but I've tried creatine gummies for a month. Stomach felt fine, but didn't notice much difference in my lifts. Powder is cheaper though, so I'm sticking with that. Studies are often funded by the supplement companies, so take it with a grain of salt.

I try to keep it simple. Gummies usually have added sugar and other stuff I don't want. Powder is just pure creatine. Plus, the packaging waste? Yikes. I'll pass. But if the study is legit, maybe it's an option for people who can't swallow pills or mix powder.

I read the abstract. Seems like a small sample size and short duration. The participants were young men, so not generalizable. I'd wait for more independent research. As a nurse, I've seen plenty of 'breakthrough' studies that didn't hold up. Stick with what works for now.

Good points, everyone. I think I'll hold off until more evidence comes out. Appreciate the perspectives!
