Hey all, just saw this article about pro athletes launching creatine-infused protein bars and shakes. They're NSF certified too. Thoughts? Is this the future of sports nutrition, or just another trend? https://example.com/article

Interesting! Creatine is well-researched for power and muscle gain. NSF certification is a big plus for purity. But bars and shakes can be pricey. Gummies might be a more convenient option for some. Wonder if they'll make creatine gummies next.

NSF cert is great, but I worry about all the packaging waste. Those bars and shakes come in plastic wrappers and bottles. If they made creatine gummies in a bulk jar, that would be more eco-friendly. Anyone know if they're planning that?

I'm skeptical. Creatine can cause bloating and stomach issues in some people. My kid tried a bar and felt sick. Plus, are these really necessary for most athletes? Seems like just another way to sell supplements. Let's stick with whole foods.

Good points everyone! @PeakPaula, I haven't heard about gummies yet, but that could be a thing. @HealthHacker, I agree about whole foods, but for convenience, these might help some people. I'll keep an eye out for updates.
