Creatine Gummies with Coffee? Is That a Thing?

Hey y'all! I just started taking these new creatine gummies (better than capsules IMO). I usually have a coffee in the morning before my workout. Can I take them together? Or will the caffeine mess with the creatine? I've heard mixed things. Any advice?

I've been doing that combo for a while now and honestly, no issues. I just take the gummies with my coffee, and I feel great during my sessions. I think the caffeine gives me an extra pump, but creatine is more about long-term saturation. So, I'd say it's safe, but everyone's different. Maybe start with half the dose to see how your stomach handles it?

I've read that caffeine can dehydrate you, and creatine pulls water into muscles, so you need extra water. But as long as you hydrate, you're good. I take my creatine with my pre-workout (which has caffeine) and no problems. Just don't overdo the coffee, or you'll be jittery during workouts. Also, I've heard that the acidity of coffee might degrade some ingredients, but for creatine, it's fine.

I'm not a fan of mixing things like that. I prefer to take my supplements with plain water. Coffee is a diuretic, and it might make you pee out the electrolytes, but creatine stays in your system. But if you're new, I'd suggest taking them separately - like coffee before workout and creatine after with water. Also, check the label - some gummy vitamins have added stuff that might not react well with caffeine. Better safe than sorry.
