Hey all! I just started taking creatine gummies (5g per serving) and I usually have a big cup of coffee before my workout. Is it safe to take them together? I've heard creatine can cause dehydration, and coffee is a diuretic. Any advice?

Hi! I'm not a huge fan of combining stimulants with supplements, but in moderation it's probably okay. I'd suggest hydrating well and maybe spacing them out - like coffee first, then gummies 30 mins later? Listen to your body though.

I've done it, no issues. But I also sip water all day. The whole 'creatine + coffee' messing with absorption is blown out of proportion. Just don't overdo the caffeine or you'll be jittery. I'd say take them with your pre-workout or coffee? Fine.

Creatine gummies are fine with coffee. Actually, some studies show caffeine might enhance performance, but creatine needs to be taken consistently. Just watch your total caffeine intake. I personally take mine with OJ in the morning, no coffee conflict. Hydrate!

I'm skeptical about gummies in general. But if you're asking about safety, there's no harm in combining, but it might not do much. I've read some tests show gummy supplements have inconsistent dosing. Also, coffee might affect your stomach? If it's fine, whatever.
