Just saw this article about pro athletes debuting creatine-infused protein bars and shakes. Pretty interesting, especially with the NSF certification. What do you all think? Is this the next big thing or just another fad?

Eh, I'm always skeptical of combining supplements with food. Creatine is more of a pre/post workout thing for me, and I like to control my exact dose. These bars probably have a set amount that might not match everyone's needs. Plus, if you're keto, you gotta watch the carbs in those bars.

I'm not a fan of processed bars anyway. I'd rather get my creatine from natural sources, if that's even possible. But I guess for convenience it's nice. Still, I'd check the ingredients – they might sneak in extra sugars or junk.

I'm all for anything that makes wellness easier. But I wonder about the taste. Creatine can have a weird flavor, so how do they mask it? Also, NSF certified is a good sign – means they care about quality. Could be a game changer for busy people.
