Just saw this: Pro Athletes Debut Creatine-Infused, NSF Certified Protein Bars and Shakes. Looks like creatine is moving into more everyday products. What do you all think? Is this a game changer or just hype?

As someone who works nights, I need all the energy I can get. I've been taking creatine gummies for a while now and they help with my workouts even when I'm exhausted. Bars and shakes sound convenient, but I'd worry about the sugar content. Gummies are easier to dose for me. But hey, more options is cool.

I'm a meditation rookie, not really into heavy lifting, but I've heard creatine is good for brain health? I've been thinking of trying it for focus during meditation. Do these bars have a lot of creatine? And is it safe for someone like me? Just curious.

Interesting! As a research librarian, I've seen studies on creatine showing benefits beyond muscle, like cognitive function. But the delivery form matters. Gummies are convenient because you can control dosage, but bars and shakes might have other ingredients that can interfere with absorption. Also, NSF certification is a plus for purity. I'd want to see the exact creatine type and amount. Let's not jump on the bandwagon without reading labels!

Great points, everyone! I guess it's all about personal needs. I'll stick to my gummies for now, but nice to see creatine becoming mainstream. Thanks for the input!
