Saw this article about pro athletes launching creatine-infused protein bars and shakes, NSF certified. It seems like creatine is going mainstream. What do you all think? Is it just a fad or the real deal?

Honestly, as a marathon runner, I'm all for anything that helps with recovery. The science on creatine is solid, especially for high-intensity stuff. But for endurance? Not sure it's a game changer. Still, if it's NSF certified and tastes good, I might give it a shot.

I'm a yoga instructor, so I'm all about holistic health. Creatine can cause water retention and bloating, which doesn't sound great for flexibility. But I've heard it can support brain health too. I'd want to see more research on long-term effects.

Newbie here to all this. I'm just starting to meditate and get fit. Are these bars safe? The article mentions NSF certified, which sounds good. I'm curious if they could help with focus during meditation, but I'm a bit wary of putting stuff in my body I don't understand.

As a grandparent, I worry about all these supplements. My grandson loves protein bars, but I prefer he eats whole foods. Also, creatine is not FDA approved for teens, is it? I'd say stick to natural sources unless advised by a doctor. Just my two cents.
