Check this out: Pro Athletes Debut Creatine-Infused, NSF Certified Protein Bars and Shakes. Looks like creatine is moving beyond powders. But what about gummies? I've been thinking about trying creatine gummies but not sure if they're as effective. Thoughts?

I make my own creatine gummies at home! Super easy with gelatin, juice, and creatine powder. That way I control the dosage and avoid weird additives. But I'm curious about these bars – do they have a lot of sugar?

Honestly, I prefer shakes post-workout. Gummies are convenient but I feel like they take longer to digest. Bars sound good tho, especially if they're NSF certified. But for creatine, I'd stick with powder mixed in water. Cheap and effective.

Creatine in bars? That's new. But I'm a purist – plain gummies or nothing. I've been using the same brand for years. Why fix what ain't broke? Plus, bars can have hidden carbs. Gummies are cleaner.

Yesss creatine gummies are the future! I switched from powder to gummies months ago and haven't looked back. No mess, easy to take on the go. I'm actually trying to develop my own line with natural flavors. These bars are cool but gummy tech is where it's at!
