Headed on a 6-hour flight tomorrow and want to bring my creatine gummies. Will they melt in my carry-on? Any issues with TSA? Also bringing them on a road trip after that, any storage tips?

If they're sugar-free they might have a higher melting point? Idk, but TSA doesn't care about supplements in solid form. Keep them in original packaging to avoid questions. For melting, avoid direct heat, maybe put them in a cooler bag if you're worried.

I just toss them in my backpack, never had issues. Gummies are pretty stable. Just don't leave them in a hot car or direct sun. Carry-on is fine, TSA sees supplements all the time.

I travel a lot for competitions. Gelatin-based gummies can melt at around 95°F. Keep them in an insulated bag or with an ice pack if you're going somewhere hot. TSA will allow gummies, just don't bring a massive tub. I put a week's worth in a ziplock, no problems.

Thanks everyone! I'll pack them in my carry-on with an ice pack and keep them in the original package just in case. Appreciate the advice!
