Hey guys, I've been using these creatine gummies for a month, but I noticed they've turned a bit darker and some are rock hard while others are sticky. Is this normal? Are they still safe to consume?

Hey man, that happens sometimes with gummies if they get exposed to heat or moisture. As long as they don't smell funky or have mold, they're probably fine. I'd still contact the company to be safe tho!

I had a similar issue with my creatine gummies. I store them in a cool dry place now. If they're just stuck together, you can toss them in the fridge to harden up. Color change is usually just oxidation, still good.

Honestly, I wouldn't risk it. Gummies that change texture like that might have lost potency or started degrading. Better to get a new batch. Why not just use powder? Cheaper and more reliable.

I've been through this! My gummies got weird after a hot week. At first I ate them anyway, but I got a bit of an upset stomach. So now I just toss them if they change. Not worth the gamble.
