My kid thought creatine gummies were candy... now he's bouncing off the walls

OMG, just caught my 7yo sneaking a handful of my creatine gummies because they 'look like sour worms'. He's now doing laps around the living room. Should I be worried or just let him burn it off?

Haha, classic! Creatine gummies can be pretty tasty. But actually, kids can handle creatine reasonably well - some studies show it might even help with certain conditions. Still, watch for upset stomach. Maybe keep 'em in a locked drawer from now on?

Ugh, this is why I stick to natural sources. No gummies, no 'candy-like' supplements. Kids don't know any better. Hope he's ok - maybe give him some water and a nap.

Thanks guys! He's fine now, just hyper. Definitely moving them to the top shelf. And zen, I get it but creatine is actually pretty natural - it's in meat! The gummies just make it easier to take.

True, but the gummies often have sugar alcohols and artificial flavors. Maybe try the unflavored powder next time? Less attractive to kids.
