Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting! # LEMME EXPANDS WOMEN'S WELLNESS WITH NEW CREATINE GUMMIES FOR STRENGTH AND RECOVERY
A new entrant is shaking up the dietary supplement aisle with a product specifically targeting women interested in strength and recovery. They're marketing these as an easy, tasty way to get creatine without powders. Has anyone tried creatine gummies before? What do you think about this trend?

As a digital nomad always on the go, I'm all for convenient supplements! I've been using creatine powder for years to maintain muscle while traveling, but mixing it can be messy. Gummies sound awesome if they actually deliver the right dose. My concern would be the carb/sugar content though - gotta check those macros. Anyone know if these are keto-friendly?

Sugar-free advocate here! I'm immediately skeptical. Most gummies are loaded with artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols that wreck my gut. The article mentions 'tasty' which usually means sweeteners. I'd need to see the full ingredient list before considering. Also, why target 'women's wellness' specifically? Creatine benefits everyone regardless of gender. Feels like marketing gimmick.

Marathon runner perspective: I've used creatine monohydrate for recovery between long runs for 2 years. The research on performance and recovery is solid. But gummies? The dosage might be inconsistent, and they're probably more expensive per serving. That said, if it gets more women into strength training supplements, that's positive! Would love to see third-party testing results.

Update: checked LEMME's site. These have 3g sugar per serving (from organic tapioca syrup) - so not keto for most people. They do have 3g creatine monohydrate per serving though, which is a solid dose. Price point is high at $30 for 30 servings. I'll stick with my powder, but cool to see innovation in the space!
