Okay so I've been taking Creatine Gummies for about 3 weeks now, mainly to help with sleep (I heard it can improve sleep quality). And honestly, my sleep has been okay, but the crazy thing is my skin is GLOWING. Like, people at work are asking if I got a facial. I've had acne for years and it's just... calmed down. Anyone else experience this? Is this a known thing?

Whoa, that's wild! I've been making my own creatine gummies at home (DIY all the way!), but I've never heard of skin benefits. creatine does help with cellular hydration though, so maybe it plumps up your skin cells? I'm gonna do some research and maybe add collagen to my mix. Thanks for the tip!

Haha, I started them for workout recovery, but I did notice my nails are stronger. But skin? No. However, I'm a big intermittent faster, and I find that my skin clears up when I fast. Maybe you're just eating better or drinking more water? Correlation isn't causation, but hey, if it works, keep going!

It's the creatine, man. Creatine increases the production of ATP and can also act as an antioxidant. Less oxidative stress = better skin. Also, creatine can boost collagen synthesis. I've been on a biohacking journey for years, and I've been taking creatine for a while, and my skin is def firm. Not a coincidence IMO.

I'm a biohacker too, and I've seen the same thing. Creatine helps with cellular energy, which can speed up skin cell turnover. Plus, it can reduce inflammation. I also take it with omega-3s for a synergistic effect. But yeah, I've definitely noticed a glow. Keep it up!
