Started for sleep, stayed for the skin?! Anyone else?

So I started taking these creatine gummies about a month ago because I heard they could help with sleep (I have a terrible time shutting off my brain after yoga classes at night). And yeah, sleep's been decent, but the weird thing is... my skin has NEVER looked better?? I've struggled with dry patches for years, and now it's like glowing. Is this a known side effect or am I just imagining things?

Whoa, that's interesting! I've been using creatine gummies for energy during my long hikes with the kids, but I did notice my nails are growing like crazy. Never connected it to the gummies until now. Has anyone else had this? Also, what brand are you taking? I'm always curious about what works for other people.

I use the Berry Blast kind from that organic brand - the one with the green label. I know it's not totally all-natural because it has some additives, but it's been good to me. And I definitely think there's something to the skin thing - maybe it's the extra hydration? Creatine draws water into muscles, but maybe it does that for skin too? My face feels plumper, not in a weird way, just... more hydrated.

Huh, I've heard of creatine helping with muscle recovery but not skin. You might be onto something with the water thing. Also, I bet the increased circulation from working out (and taking creatine) helps with your skin's glow. But hey, any excuse to keep taking them, right? My only complaint is they taste a little too sweet for me, but the kids love them.
